Thank you for choosing Branch Automotive for your diesel vehicle needs. We are dedicated to providing the best service and we stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty. Please read the following information carefully to understand the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a warranty for a period of 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of service. This warranty covers both parts and labor for repairs performed by our skilled technicians.

Warranty Exclusions

Please be aware that our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance as determined by Branch Automotive.
  • Normal wear and tear items, such as brake pad wear, normal tire wear, and wiper blades.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Parts not originally supplied by Branch Automotive, or any damage caused by parts not supplied by Branch Automotive during the repair in question for warranty coverage.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions and maintenance schedules.
  • Towing is not covered by the warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to get the vehicle to Branch Automotive for repair.

Warranty Claims

If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

Contact our customer service team at 303.771.2224, providing your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.

We will need to have the vehicle at Branch Automotive to evaluate the failure and determine the warranty eligibility of the part/service in question. 

If covered, we will arrange for a repair at our facility at no cost to the customer for the covered part or labor.

As a valued customer, we understand that vehicle issues can arise while you are traveling. In such cases, we have a nationwide network of authorized repair centers that can handle warranty claims. Please call our customer support line at 303.771.2224 for assistance in locating the nearest authorized repair center.

Labor Times

Labor for warranty repairs will be performed at no cost to you. However, please note that labor times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair. Our customer service representative will provide an estimated labor time for your specific repair when you initiate a warranty claim and the vehicle has been evaluated by Branch Automotive.

Please retain your repair invoice for proof of service, as it will be required to validate your warranty claim. Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer only.
